Frequently asked questions

Does it really know how my pet feels?

This is an entertainment app. It uses Apple's animal detection and pose estimation to read posture, ears, tail, and movement, then estimates a plausible mood based on common readings of dog and cat body language. It is not a veterinary or diagnostic tool.

No lines are appearing

Your dog or cat needs to be detected first. If the top-left badge still says it's searching, step back so their whole body is in frame. Dark rooms are hard, too.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone with iOS 17 or later. The rear camera is used.

How much can I use for free?

Everything works during the free trial time. When it runs out, lines get blurred for a while—then the trial comes back. The one-time unlock removes the time limit entirely.

I purchased but it's not unlocked

Try "Restore Purchase" on the purchase screen. It also restores on a new phone with the same Apple ID.

Is my camera footage sent anywhere?

No. All mood analysis happens on your device. See each app's privacy policy for details.
